Michelle Haggerty • Owner • Extension & Color Artist
Michelle has been doing hair for more than 11 years it has been an incredible journey.
She has had the pleasure of taking so many classes and learning about color techniques and extensions. But hand-tied extensions have captured her heart and her intrigue. Michelle is certified in Habit, NBR, IBE, the Luna Method and is always continuing to learn and add the best tools to her toolbox.
She fell in love with hand-tied extensions, the placement, the versatility, and the durability — the fact that you can have so much fullness, and maintain hair health because the extensions aren’t attached to every part of your head. She doesn’t believe that there is one method of extensions that’s better than another — she’s literally obsessed with hand-tied extensions and all the options they offer.

Jess Borrego • Extension & Color Artist
Jess was raised in Colorado, and graduated from the Paul Mitchell school in 2011 and is a lover of all things hair and the outdoors.
She strives to bring a laid back comfortable atmosphere for every guest, and loves connecting with people and creating a look that best suits their lifestyle. Jess’s passion is doing lived in color, balayage, and styling.
When she’s not in the salon, Jess loves to travel and get inspiration from nature. She also enjoys hiking, snowboarding, live music, and hanging out with her two dogs!

Carlie Agenbroad • Extension & Color Artist
Carlie has been doing hair for over over 20 years she believes in loving your hair anywhere and everywhere–day-to-day, special occasions, short or long, highly styled or blowing in the breeze on a beach or mountaintop. She’s passionate about achieving a personalized look that translates into greater confidence and sense of self for every client.
Carlie’s known for her warm, playful personality, and love of family, friends, and the great outdoors. When she not working you will find her traveling, enjoying the outdoors, meditating and challenging herself with self growth.
Renee Barnes • Extension & Color Artist
Renee is a color and extension specialist.
She specializes in balayage (for any type of hair — textured, corse, etc.), baby lights, highlights, and IBE extensions.
When Renee isn’t working you’ll find her hiking, traveling, or taking care of her plants.
She is a Miami native that relocated to Denver for the mountains and to have outdoor adventures. Renee has been in the hair industry for years and still loves learning and growing in this industry.

Ashley Rodriguez • Extension & Color Artist • Co-Stylist
Ashley is a dedicated hairstylist whose hair journey began right after high school. Starting at a local salon, she quickly developed a passion for hair extensions and specialized in the IBE method. With a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for enhancing natural beauty, Ashley has thrived in her career, surrounded by a talented team of stylists. Her goal of eventually having her assistant to teach them all she knows & to learn a lot more methods reflects her ambition and drive to continue growing and making a mark in the industry.
Ashley enjoys traveling & spending time with her family & fur baby named Arya. She loves anything that has to do with hair, fashion & everything beauty!
